Pricing

Residential House cleaning we charge $40 per hour, per team member, based on the estimate for your home.

Move-in or move-out cleaning $40 per hour, per team member, based on the estimate for the job.

Post-construction cleaning $40 per hour, per team member, based on the estimate for the job.

Commercial and Office cleaning $40 per hour, per team member, based on the estimate for the job.

We do have a 2 hour two team member minimum of $160.

For recurring service, an additional fee of $40 per hour, per team member may be charged to your account if we exceed the time generally allotted to cleaning your home (for example, your home may need extra cleaning after such events as parties and construction work or as the result of extended intervals between cleanings).

If you are located more than 50 miles round trip from 85028, there will be a $20 trip charge.

Payments

For your convenience, Addicted to Clean LLC. gladly accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard/Visa or check card/ATM card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash or check. Customers will need to pay for their cleaning at the time of service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Policies

Employees

Our employees are very important to us, safety is serious business, so they do not use ladders or move anything heavier than 35 lbs. unless discussed and agreed to. These types of activities put our employees in danger of back injury or could even damage your flooring. If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area.

Cancellation

If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify Addicted to Clean LLC. two business days before your scheduled day, to allow us to reassign another appointment. If Addicted to Clean LLC. receives less than 2 business days’ notice or cannot access your home, we reserve the right to charge the full price of your cleaning.
To ensure that all your needs are addressed, please correspond all requests and changes directly to Addicted to Clean LLC. management. If for some reason you wish to terminate your Addicted to Clean LLC. services, please be sure to submit this in writing to Addicted to Clean LLC. office.

Bleach

We will not bring bleach into a home to use as a cleaning product. If you request us to use bleach supplied in your home, please be aware that we will not be responsible for any damage caused by bleach.
